From the Burnett Cookbook; “Rounding out the Meal”, are recipes for making jellies and jams (see below).  These may or may not have been sold ready made by the company in jars.  Recipes include as an ingredient, “1 jar Burnett’s Jelly, but we are not sure as they could have meant, prepared from the recipe book. Burnett’s Mint Jelly has been seen offered on a restaurant menu (no copy available), but this is not proof of its being produced by the company.

(select above to expand)

 Apple Jelly

Mint Jelly

There is also a listing for

 Spiced Apple Jelly

Certo Mint Jelly

These may or may not be the same jellies listed at the top.

Please refer to the recipe book "Rounding Out the Meal" 1935 (pictured),  for flavors.

The recipes from pages 60/61 from the book are for making the jellies.

The two other recipes call for a jar of Burnett’s Jelly. The recipe for “Queen of Puddings” says “see index for recipe” for Burnett’s Apple Jelly.   Although this jelly flavor is clearly from the recipe book itself, it still does not prove whether or not Burnett marketed its own flavored jellies.
